Create a Trip allows organisations to manage all the admin while each individual still receives a fully personalised plan, without needing to set anything up themselves. How it works
A super admin or performance lead enters the flight, trip, and key performance times for each travelling individual and sends the trip straight to their device.
The individual accepts, syncs their sleep data, and they’re ready to go. Phaze then generates a personalised schedule based on the travel context – showing exactly what to do and when, from light exposure to optimal sleep timing.
